Google Guaranteed: what customers should know today
We've proudly talked about being Google Guaranteed as another layer of confidence for customers choosing Bison Plumbing. Google has since changed its program, so here's what that means when you see the older name in our posts or materials.
The current badge is Google Verified
Google now uses a Google Verified badge for eligible Local Services advertisers who have completed its screening and verification requirements. The badge appears on Local Services Ads profiles, where customers can review the verification information shown for a business.
The old money-back guarantee has ended
Google discontinued the Money Back Guarantee associated with Google Guaranteed for new bookings. Its legacy reimbursement process applied to eligible services booked through Local Services Ads before December 7, 2025. A current badge should not be read as a promise that Google will reimburse a new service booking.
